For this exciting air fryer recipe, we will be using our awesome Wolfgang Puck Air Fryer since it has a large 9.7-quart nonstick basket, it’s sexy and air fry’s like an air frying beast!
Wolfgang Puck has always been synonymous with excellence, elegance, and quality. These qualities translate and are very apparent in the brand-new Wolfgang Puck Air Fryer. The unit is constructed very well, it’s a solid air fryer. The stainless-steel finish is brilliant; Its gorgeous. The basket is very large as it is a 9.7qt basket with an excellent nonstick coating. The simple dial controls are so easy to use and “dial in” to your time and temperature. The dials have the coolest diamond studded finish all the way around the dial. Overview: Bunches of the freshest herbs such as basil, cilantro, parsley, rosemary, thyme, garlic; with that twist of citrus lemon lime and orange to make our marinade (wet rub).
Then, we are going to Air fry for 60 min at 375 at the 30-minute mark we are going to add the potatoes. We will Air Fry until the temperature is 160-165 degrees and allow to rest for 10 min.

One thing that the Instant Pot Pressure Cooker excels at is accelerating the tenderizing process of braising tough meats in flavorful liquids. This process breaks down the meat while transferring flavorful liquids and juices into the meat rendering delicious, succulent and luscious full flavored meats such as the short rib. Any leftover meat can be shredded and used as an amazing Grilled Cheese filler; with barbecue sauce, cheddar cheese and a little caramelized onions.

Today we will be making delicious Instant Pot mashed potatoes; another very quick and easy Instant Pot Recipe. This recipe uses a delicious and sweet Yukon gold potato. Yukon Gold potatoes have a deliciously sweet and homestyle texture and taste to our creamy Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes. The Yukon Gold Potatoes become very tender and hold their texture and density and moisture when pressure cooked. When adding butter and cream they become silky, sweet and creamy. When we finish them off simply use freshly cracked black pepper, butter, and finely sliced scallions. Serve as a side dish or serve food layered on-top-of the Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes. If you need to substitute; please feel free to use Russet potatoes if they are handy in your pantry.

The Lamb Shanks are pressure cooked in the Instant Pot Pressure cooker to perfection and fork tender. They achieve their maximized deliciousness, tenderness and deep rich flavors pressure cooked for 50 minutes total in a rich Italian-Style tomato sauce which consists of crushed tomatoes and basil, fresh rosemary, garlic, and Cabernet Savion which will add an underlying fruity note to our Instant Pot Lamb Shanks. Cabernet Savion is a red wine that is a true pair with deep and rich meats such as a lamb shanks.
